Ingredients
- 250g Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
- 45g Allens Rasberries
- 100g mini marshmallows
- 100g dessicated coconut
Method
- Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
- Cut the rasberries and marshmallows in half.
- Chop chocolate into small pieces. Add to a large bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well and repeat another 2-3 times until chocolate is melted.
- Add rasberries and marshmallows and add mix. Pour into the tin and spread out.
- Place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
- Makes 12 serves
