Ingredients
  • 45g eschallots chopped
  • 180g red capsicum chopped
  • 1 tin corn
  • 300g fine cut coleslaw
  • 220g pasta
  • 50ml fat free mayonnaise
  • 120g greek yoghurt
  • 3g dijon mustard
Method
  • Cook pasta according to instructions.
  • Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard to make dressing.
  • Combine pasta, dressing and vegetables.
  • Makes 1 serve.
