- Low carb wrap
- Spinach
- Tomato

- 100g chicken breast
- Garlic and herb seasoning
- 50g short cut bacon
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 15ml Praise caesar dressing
- 15g parmesan cheese
Method
- Season chicken and cook in a non-stick pan with a small amount of cooking spray.
- Slice salad ingredients.
- Warm wrap in fry pan.
- Assemble all ingredients on wrap.
- Enjoy
