  • Low carb wrap
  • Spinach
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • 100g chicken breast
  • Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 50g short cut bacon
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 15ml Praise caesar dressing
  • 15g parmesan cheese
Method
  • Season chicken and cook  in a non-stick pan with a small amount of cooking spray.
  • Slice salad ingredients.
  • Warm wrap in fry pan.
  • Assemble all ingredients on wrap.
  • Enjoy
