Ingredients
- 1 Aldi brioche bun
- Purple onion sliced into rings
- 2 x slices Bega 50% less fat cheese
- 100g extra lean beef mince (95% fat free)
- 1 egg
- 2 dill pickles thinly sliced
- Tomato slices
- Lettuce
- 25ml Praise Aioli burger sauce
Method
- Combine mince and egg to form a patty and cook in non-stick fry pan with a small amount of cooking spray.
- Cook mince in non-stick pan and add seasoning. Use a small amount of cooking spray.
- Assemble the burger.
- Makes 1 serve.
