Mmmm......banana bread.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 ripe medium bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
Method
- Preheat fan forced oven to 190℃. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 30-35min or until toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Cool and eat.
- Makes 10 serves.
