Banana Bread – 127 Calories

Mmmm......banana bread.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 ripe medium bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
Method
  • Preheat fan forced oven to 190℃. Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter into the pan.
  • Bake for 30-35min or until toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • Cool and eat.
  • Makes 10 serves.
