- Garlic steak seasoning or taco seasoning
Method
- Dice sweet potato and slice onion. sprinkle with seasoning of your choice.
- Cook in air fryer for 15-20 min
- Poach eggs
- Cool and eat

Feel free to adjust quantites and ingredients according to your tastes. For example if you add 100g of mushrooms you would add 22 calories to the meal. Sweet potato is about 86 calories per 100g. You could reduce the amount of sweet potato slightly when adding mushroom to keep the calories the same.
